Brief
We worked with Author Robin Sharma for his multi-city book tour PR for the 1st time in 2019. We then got to work with him again in 2022 and 2023 for the 3rd time in a row. Our association started with the launch of The 5 AM Club, wherein the publisher Jaico Publishing wanted to get the maximum possible leverage with the author's India tour. Robin Sharma hadn't visited India in over 5 years, and this was an excellent opportunity to acquaint Indian readers with the author they had long admired since the release of his hugely popular Book – The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. Jaico Publishing sought to capitalize coverage across digital, satellite, and select print media to take Robin Sharma's work deep into India's corners. It was a promising chance to use the occasion to build media relations for Jaico Publishing House. The following years saw us handle the launch of "The Everyday Hero Manifesto," followed by the most recent announcement of his upcoming new book - "Wealth Money Can't Buy," indicating the potential for another bestseller.

Strategy

Having handled two book launches in India and engaged with various media outlets, our current strategy emphasized in orchestrating several candid video & print interactions featuring Robin Sharma - as a bestseller author, motivational speaker and thought leader. These interactions spanned across a blend of platforms, including social media, print media, satellite channels, and digital interviews.

These interactions played a crucial role in re-establishing a connection between the media, the audience, and Robin Sharma. The candid video interactions provided a deeper understanding of his personality and shed light on the individual behind the popular books, fostering a more personal connection. Additionally, as aimed, these engagements built outstanding excitement and anticipation surrounding his forthcoming book, "Wealth Money Can't Buy," scheduled for release in 2024.

A two-pronged strategy was curated to reach out through the book and the author. With the Book, we created editor outreach, social media influencer activities, and review opportunities to reach the cross-section of the book's prospective reader base.
