Brief
Mokobara offers thoughtfully designed luggage bags, backpacks, and travel accessories that appeal to the aesthetic sensibilities of the modern traveler. The name in itself translates to 'carry your personality' or 'carry your identity' with pride! The brand expanded to brick-and-mortar retail in Bengaluru, marking it to be the brand's first-ever high street store, in addition to the successful opening of its flagship store. Our focus was to introduce the brand from online to offline channels and to ensure significant visibility from both the consumer and business angle.

Strategy

The objective was to have a clear goal for the brand through press release drafts, promoting new products or features, building credibility, or enhancing the overall reputation of Mokobara, as well as identifying the target audience that the PR campaign aims to reach. This could include current and potential users, industry and the media. We had to develop concise key messages aligning with Mokobara's brand values and objectives. These messages had to resonate with the target audience and convey the unique value proposition of Mokobara's activities. We also worked on building relationships with key industry media by creating and distributing press releases regularly to announce significant updates, partnerships, or achievements.

    Outcome

    The media relations efforts positively covered Mokobara's activities in key platforms. This coverage included feature articles, product notes, and mentions highlighting the company's achievements, initiatives, and thought leadership. Mokobara was well placed across the media and continues to make strides.
